All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, and orders take approximately 3-4 weeks to complete. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Free shipping on orders over 250.00

Local delivery
Local delivery and meet up is available for orders within Calgary.
We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you the date and time of our arrival.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping and shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Norquay Jewellers is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at norquayjewellers@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Due to the sensitive nature of the material incorporated in the ring, exchanges cannot be made.
We offer a 30 day return for repairs on defects only and you must contact us by e-mail within 30 days of receiving the item.
Please ensure the accuracy of your ring size. If you do not know your ring size, you may visit a jewellery counter at any department store and ask to have your finger measured.
