We will send you a kit with instructions for how much ash and/or other items to send . All you need to do is follow the instructions and return to Norquay Memorials with the prepaid self-addressed envelope provided.

We understand that not everyone has cremated ashes, so we accept anything from dog tags to hair and can incorporate these memento items into your piece of jewellery.

We use synthetic opal which has the same properties of natural opal with the exception of added resin for durability.

Your custom piece will take approximately 3-4 weeks to complete plus shipping time. Shipping time varies depending on method of delivery and location.

We offer a 30 day return for repairs on defects only and you must contact us by e-mail (norquayjewellers@gmail.com) within 30 days of receiving the item.

All remaining items the client has sent us (leftover ashes, pet tags) are returned to the client with the finished product.
Any shop material that have come in contact with the ashes are burned and then buried. They are not thrown away out of respect for the client and the deceased.
The photo can be returned if requested to do so, but if not, the photo of a loved one joins the others in a photo album; or the photo of the pet will be placed on a memory wall along with all the other furry companions.

Yes, we offer free local pick up within Calgary, AB.  When checking out, please click on the local delivery option. Once your piece is complete, we will get in touch with you via e-mail or phone call to arrange a time for pick up.

Yes, we offer a variety of engraving options to add a personal touch to your piece. You can choose custom text, which can be engraved on the inside of rings or the back of pendants for $40 each.

We also offer laser engraving for personal signatures, fingerprints, pawprints, or nose prints on the back of pendants for $40 each. Simply email us a clear image of the print or signature after placing your order. A high-resolution photo or scan (JPG or PNG) works best.

If your piece is in memory of a loved one or pet, most care providers can provide ink impressions of the fingerprint, paw, or nose for you to share.

In addition to opal, we offer a variety of inlays, including meteorite shavings, 24k gold flakes, silver flakes, amethyst, ruby, moonstone, and Baltic amber. Each can be used to create a unique, personalized piece of jewelry.
